Description
Do you want to make a real difference for the customer – and deliver quality in every contact? Karlstad Energy is now looking for two dedicated customer service representatives for our Front Office operations: one permanent position and one temporary position during parental leave.
The Front Office is the first and often most important contact for our customers. Here you have a central role in creating a safe, professional, and smooth customer journey in a socially important business that affects many people's everyday lives. In this role, you combine advice with active sales by listening to needs, asking the right questions, and guiding the customer to the right solution. High quality in every case is crucial, regardless of channel or complexity.
Every customer contact requires attentiveness, responsibility, and good judgment. You take ownership of cases from start to finish and work in a structured manner even when the answers are not obvious or when multiple questions need to be handled simultaneously. You contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, take responsibility for both your own work and the team's collective results, and are solution-oriented even when circumstances change.

Responsibilities
At Karlstad Energy, you will become a key player in a close-knit customer service team consisting of nine colleagues with a common goal: to deliver customer service of high quality – every day.
The role requires both a sense of service and technical understanding. You do not need to be a technician, but you must be curious, structured, and confident in working in complex system environments.
You will meet our customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits. With a professional, attentive, and solution-oriented approach, you handle everything from questions and cases to advice regarding our services. Every contact is an opportunity to strengthen the customer's trust in Karlstad Energy.
The role also includes administrative tasks that are crucial for ensuring correct handling, good follow-up, and high quality in our deliveries. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, even when the pace is high and multiple cases are ongoing simultaneously.
For us, customer service is more than just providing answers – it is about understanding the customer's situation, taking responsibility for the whole, and finding the best solution. You build relationships, create security, and use your business acumen to match the customer's needs with the right service.
We are looking for someone who enjoys customer dialogue and wants to make a difference in every meeting. You are flexible, solution-focused, and have an easy time adapting to new digital systems. With your own drive, good collaboration skills, and positive energy, you contribute to both high quality in the work and a good team spirit.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you have completed high school education and experience in customer service. Experience with business systems and other digital platforms is a plus.
You are accustomed to working in a digital environment where you can quickly and efficiently navigate between different systems and handle customer cases with precision and quality. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and feel confident in professional communication with various types of customers.
Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented, with a strong desire to deliver high-quality service – even when the workload is high.
